Large format laser marking
Dynamic large format laser marking is achieved by using the lens in front of the moving front focusing lens within the range of the format. The thickness of each focal point is the same, so it automatically adjusts to a certain focal point within the swing range of the vibrating mirror, thus meeting the requirements of large format laser marking. In the industry, we usually refer to it as a voice coil motor. This method ensures that the edges of the large format remain unchanged, and theoretically, each beam of laser light can achieve the same thickness, thereby achieving precise marking and fast marking speed. Additionally, this method does not require a lens, only a protective lens needs to be added. But this dynamic mode is a complete system, including dynamic large amplitude galvanometer and control card software. The dynamic focusing large format 3D scanning galvanometer can be widely used in high-end processing fields such as laser precision marking, laser relief, laser deep carving, laser cutting, laser welding, etc.
