General 2D marking application

Laser 2D marking technology is one of the largest application areas of laser processing. Using high-energy density laser to locally irradiate the workpiece, causing the surface material to vaporize or undergo a chemical reaction of color change, thereby leaving permanent marks.

The ZBTK two-dimensional scanning galvanometer control adopts unique linear compensation technology and parallelogram correction technology, which has good linearity throughout the entire marking range. It has superior dynamic performance, with small jump and turning delays, and can maintain high-quality marking effects even during high-speed jumps and marking.

The ZBTK two-dimensional scanning galvanometer also adopts exquisite sensor technology and advanced temperature drift automatic compensation technology, overcoming the temperature drift problem of the galvanometer. It has extremely small zero temperature drift, gain temperature drift, and long-term temperature drift, and can meet the requirements of the vast majority of applications under long-term and large-scale calibration.
